This milestone was celebrated at our flagship event, Braze Connections Jakarta: Building Customer Trust in the Age of AI and Personalisation, and builds upon our deep investment in Indonesia, which began with the establishment of our Jakarta office in September 2023.
This milestone marks a new chapter for Braze in Indonesia. As data privacy regulations continue to evolve globally, many brands—particularly those in highly regulated industries—seek to utilize data centers locally, in order to keep consumers’ personal data domiciled within their borders. Organizations in the region with local data requirements will be able to unlock the power of the Braze platform, enabling more brands to scale use cases with confidence that their needs will be supported as data regulations continue to evolve.
